The warranty period for the product is 1year, but for consumable parts(battery, motor, etc.), the warranty period is 6 months. Service will be carried out at a cost of customer(including delivery fee) when out of warranty period or due to negligence of customer.

Please note that it will take couple of weeks to receive your product, and the schedule may be delayed depending on our circumstances. Genie Robot Co., Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any distrust or damage of the product if the repair fee is not paid within 6 months after receiving product for C/S.
